Working for Synergy has been a pleasure. When I started I had no experience in home care. Synergy has gone above and beyond to make sure I had enough training to feel confident and capable. I am able to reach out at any time a receive support, extra training, or help when needed. The office staff are exceptional and communicate very efficiently with care providers and clients. I have enjoyed being able to pick up extra shifts when ever I have open availability. It's easy to request days off, clock in and out, and access client information all from my phone. Definitely one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever had. I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in giving, or receiving the best home care has to offer.

I really enjoy synergy as a whole. First and foremost my clients are amazing. Ad a caregiver it's always rewarding to know I'm making a difference and an easier loads for the clients. Whether it be household duties, simply running errands, good companionship and so forth. I couldn't see myself going anywhere soon with a position as such. Synergy staff is the extra cherry on top, as they are attentive, always available and helpful to answer questions or of needed theie assistance. Overall I can say proud to do what I do, but overjoyed and proud working under such a supportive company as a team.

I never thought I'd love working a job as much as I do working with Synergy homecare! It's a pleasure providing care to clients in their homes as a means to retain independence and the wonderful in-office staff is always friendly and willing to dig in and help however they can; staff and clients alike. The can do attitude at Synergy is an ultimate team effort and I'm proud to be part of that team!
